About the role

Responsible for creating engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children, maintaining open communication with parents about their child's progress, and ensuring a safe, clean classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree preferred
• Prior experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
• Must pass background checks
