About the role
We are seeking dedicated Child Care Teachers to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Designing hands-on activities to meet children's needs
- Maintaining open communication with parents regarding milestones
- Ensuring a safe, clean classroom by following established procedures and guidelines
- Creating and implementing age-appropriate activities
- Communicating regularly with parents about children's progress
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
- College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree preferred
- Experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required
- Ability to pass required background checks
