Hiring Coordinator
About the role
Join CAL FIRE as a Hiring Coordinator and play a key role in supporting recruitment and staffing operations across the Southern Region. In this position, you'll coordinate and support the end-to-end hiring process, review personnel actions, duty statements, and organizational structures, advise managers on civil service laws, hiring policies, and classification guidelines, analyze hiring processes, and recommend improvements. You'll also partner with Unit Administrative Officers and program staff to build a strong workforce.
