Hiring a High Ticket Closer

ITH Media is a seven-figure performance marketing agency helping med spas, dental, and hair restoration clinics across the US, UK & Ireland acquire more patients and grow their revenue. We’ve been operating for approximately 5 years, worked with hundreds of clinics, and built a proven offer backed by dozens of Trustpilot reviews, video testimonials, case studies, and client success stories.

About the role

• 100% remote, full-time
• Fully commission-based
• 10% commission on every deal
• Average deal size: ~$6,000
• On-target earnings (OTE): $8,000–$12,000+ USD/month
• 6+ calls/day at full capacity
• No cold calling — your job is to close pre-qualified opportunities generated through our marketing & appointment-setting team
• Work directly with our setters and existing closer
• Proven offer with years of results behind it
• Uncapped earning potential

Career Growth

This isn’t necessarily just a closing position long-term. As we scale, our goal is to build a team of approximately 3 high-performing closers and eventually appoint a Sales Manager to lead the department. If you become one of our strongest performers and demonstrate leadership ability, there is a clear opportunity to move into management and eventually lead your own team of closers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-ticket sales experience
• Proven track record of closing
• Proof of performance and/or references required
• Competitive and hungry
• Highly coachable
• Disciplined and structured
• Strong work ethic
• Comfortable handling high call volume
• Obsessed with improving their sales ability
• Wants to be surrounded by other high performers

Onboarding

We don’t want experienced closers sitting around for weeks before taking calls. You’ll receive our internal sales and offer training, access to approximately 24 hours of Skool training, direct onboarding with our team, and the opportunity to shadow live calls.
