Role Description This is a full-time remote role for High Ticket Closers at American Income Schreiber Organization. The role involves managing a high volume of qualified leads, conducting virtual consultations, and guiding prospective clients through the decision-making process for higher-value insurance and benefits packages. High Ticket Closers will qualify prospects, present tailored solutions, address questions and objections, and finalize agreements with accuracy and compliance. Daily tasks include follow-up with interested clients, maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The position requires consistent, professional communication via phone, video calls, email, and messaging platforms while adhering to regulatory and company standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, persuasive, and professional interactions with prospects and clients.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, respectful, and solution-oriented support throughout the sales process.Candidates should possess Escrow-related or contract-handling skills to manage documentation, compliance, and the finalization of client agreementsStrong time management, organization, and CRM proficiency, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and comfort with performance-based compensation structuresHighly Motivated
