HIM Release of Information Specialist I
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have: - Department info: Department 13509 Enterprise Revenue Cycle - HIM Ops Release of Information: NC/GA Status Full time Benefits Eligible Yes Hours Per Week 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information Monday-Friday, 1st Shift Pay Range $20.80 - $31.20 So we have Pay Range and Schedule details. Also Benefits Eligible Yes. So we can have Benefits section (maybe mention benefits eligible). Also Pay section with range. Schedule section with Monday-Friday, 1st Shift, 40 hours/week. About the role: Could be a brief description: processing release of information requests, ensuring privacy, etc. The posting includes a paragraph: "This position is responsible for processing basic release of information requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. The specialist safeguards and protect the patient's right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient's medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations." That's about the role. Responsibilities: The "Major Responsibilities" block includes many bullet-like sentences. We can turn each sentence into
- .
Requirements: Minimum Job Requirements includes Education, Certification, Experience, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Physical Requirements. Could be separate sections: Requirements (maybe combine Education/Experience) and Skills (knowledge/skills). But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which to use. The posting includes Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Certification/Registration/License, Experience, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities). Also Preferred Job Requirements. Could map to Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred) or Skills (knowledge/skills). But we must not create sections with filler. We have substantive content for Education, Experience, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Physical Requirements. Could put them under Requirements (maybe as
- . Requirements: Minimum Job Requirements: - Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent - Certification / Registration / License: N/A (but we should not include N/A as filler; maybe omit if it's N/A? The rule: do NOT emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "N/A". So we should not include Certification if it's N/A. So we can skip that line. - Experience: Typically requires 0-1 years of experience in healthcare or customer service. - Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: list many items. We'll treat those under Skills section. - Physical Requirements And Working Conditions: Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job. Exposed to a normal office environment. Thus Requirements section could include Education, Experience, Physical Requirements. We'll put them as

Skills section: Knowledge / Skills / Abilities list: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills - Strong ethical skills to handle confidential information with integrity and keep it confidential - Strong research skills to identify appropriate PHI in historical and current patient records - Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills - Ability to adapt to and accurately work with new technology and artificial intelligence - Strong understanding of cyber security risks and proper reporting thereof - Meet or exceed department quality and productivity expectations - Advanced computer skills including proficient keyboarding skills and experience in using Microsoft Office products, electronic mail and/or electronic health information record systems - Ability to read and comprehend medical terminology, human anatomy, and disease processes, and/or state and federal regulations related to HIPAA and release of medical information - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions with good judgement - Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills including the ability to handle difficult situations - Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with time constraints - Must have high attention to detail and accuracy We'll put each as
- .
Benefits: The posting says "Benefits Eligible Yes". Also later under "Our CommitmenttoYou" includes benefits list. We can include a Benefits section summarizing that the role is benefits eligible and list some benefits: Paid Time Off programs, Health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability), Flexible Spending Accounts, Family benefits (adoption assistance, paid parental leave), Defined contribution retirement plans with employer match, Educational Assistance Program. We should not invent details; we can include those as they are in the posting. The "Our CommitmenttoYou" section lists benefits. That's substantive. So we can include Benefits
- with those items.

. Schedule: Hours Per Week 40, Schedule Details/Additional Information Monday-Friday, 1st Shift. We'll put in
maybe: "Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 1st shift." We should not repeat job title. Also we should not include metadata like Department ID etc unless we fold into short
. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could include a short
for department and status maybe. But we already have About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Could include a short
with department and status. However we might drop it as not needed. The instruction says we can fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. It's optional. I'd include a brief
with department and status: "Department 13509 Enterprise Revenue Cycle - HIM Ops Release of Information, NC/GA, Full-time, Benefits Eligible." But we already have Benefits section. Might be redundant. Safer to drop minor metadata. Thus output HTML:
