About the role
The Hospital Coding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coding department, ensuring accurate and timely coding of inpatient and outpatient medical records. This role involves supervising coding staff, conducting audits, providing training, and collaborating with other departments to maintain compliance with federal, state, and hospital regulations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in hospital coding
Pay
$31.00 to $47.91 per hour, based on experience.
