Responsibilities
- Bring your expertise, intuition, and leadership forward in the planning, directing, and execution of our strong transportation project portfolio.
- Grow professionally with us because we’ll rise together on impactful projects with a high degree of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services.
- Lead a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules & budgets.
- Help advance our business development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Demonstrated progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in the transportation design field
- Demonstrated knowledge of transportation projects
- Strong client facing project manager with skills delivering design projects and can bring a team together
- Skilled in developing and delivering technical presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and/or the public
- Well-rounded technical design skills encompassing all contributing disciplines
Qualifications
- Ideally, Experience utilizing Bentley design software such as Open Roads Designer
- Experience in assisting with business development efforts
- Ability and interest in mentoring junior level staff

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $80,100.00 to $185,000.00.
