About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the program team in managing various project management duties and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and resources. They will also be responsible for all project management aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the program team supporting various project management duties and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and resources.
  • Responsible for all project management aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff.
  • Affiliated with coordination of work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project’s lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out).
  • Establishing and maintaining client relations, and being involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
  • Cooking staffing and ensuring completion of deliverables on schedule.
  • Implementing QA/QC procedures.
  • Tracking financial aspects of projects, and coordinating and adjusting work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule.
  • Implementing procurement documents and coordinating the procurement process for alternative delivery projects (specifically design-build, progressive design-build, and CM/GC).
  • Aiding in the development of request for qualifications, request for proposals and other procurement documents.
  • Addressing and responding to questions, issuing addenda, and coordinating with the program management team and clients.
  • Participating in the evaluation of technical documents as necessary.
  • Performing other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree
  • PMP certification
  • Interest in advancing digital delivery and AI-supported workflows in infrastructure projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 7 years related experience inclusive of a minimum 2 years experience in project management
  • Professional Engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered

Skills

MS Office and MS Project experience is required. Demonstrated leadership skills are also preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Business Class

This role falls under the Program Management business class.
