High Volume Caregiver Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for caregiver roles
• Sources, screens, and moves candidates quickly through the hiring process
• Conducts phone interviews and coordinates next steps with urgency
• Pairs with branch leaders to meet hiring goals and staffing demands
• Maintains accurate candidate tracking in ATS systems (Workday + Phenom)
• Leverages sourcing tools like Indeed, Phenom, and other platforms to build pipelines
• Maintains recruiting metrics (calls, offers, hires) and adjusts strategies
• Ensures consistent follow-up and communication with candidates and stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume recruiting (healthcare, or home care industry strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to manage large candidate pipelines and meet hiring targets
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, performance-focused setting
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing platforms

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare or home care industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Effective communication and candidate engagement skills
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred)
