High Velocity Enablement Lead

About the role

The High Velocity Enablement Lead will drive the strategic implementation of AI tools within the marketing department to enhance enablement programs and accelerate business outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies and a proven track record in leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI-driven enablement programs that align with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of AI tools used in enablement programs.
• Train and mentor marketing team members on the use of AI tools.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and their applications in marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with AI tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
