About The Role

The Product Enablement Lead will own how GTM teams (AEs, BDRs, partnerships, and customer success) learn and effectively use our product. You'll build the training infrastructure, documentation, and enablement programs that ensure every team member walks into a conversation with a CFO fully prepared.

What You'll Do

  • Anticipate and plan field readiness needs in partnership with GTM teams, translating strategic roadmaps into proactive enablement programs
  • Ensure comprehension of platform capabilities across the full lifecycle of the customer journey, from pre-sale to renewal
  • Scale a best-in-class enablement program that ensures high demo proficiency and product confidence across revenue teams - AEs, BDRs, partnerships, implementations, and customer success
  • Build and maintain the internal knowledge base: playbooks, training guides, and FAQs that serve as the GTM team's single source of truth
  • Partner with Product, PMM, and GTM leaders to translate every launch and roadmap update into timely, digestible internal training content
  • Design and facilitate recurring product training sessions that keep the GTM team sharp and current as the product evolves
  • Create repeatable enablement playbooks that scale as the team and market footprint grows
  • Create assessment and certification frameworks to validate product fluency and identify gaps through win/loss reviews and field feedback and track program effectiveness

Who You Are

  • 7-10 years in product enablement, sales enablement, or technical training at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven builder who has created internal knowledge systems and training programs from scratch
  • Exceptional written communicator who translates complex product concepts into clear documentation
  • Cross-functional collaborator experienced partnering with Product, PMM, and Sales
