High-Ticket B2C Phone Sales Rep / Home Buying Specialist
Confidential real estate investment firm seeking a high-output phone sales professional to acquire properties directly from homeowners in 10 states. This is an in-office role in St. Petersburg, FL, focused on turning inbound seller leads into signed contracts.
About the role
This is not a typical real estate sales job. The company buys properties directly from homeowners, offering practical solutions when traditional listings may not be the best fit. The role requires competitive, coachable, and persuasive individuals who thrive in a high-pressure sales environment. You will engage with homeowners facing situations like repairs, foreclosure, inherited property issues, or relocation, providing speed and certainty in transactions.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with real-time responsiveness required when new seller leads come in.
Pay
Compensation is commission-based with a $4,000/month rolling draw against future commissions. You earn:
- 15% commission on the first $150,000 in gross profits generated per month
- 20% "accelerator bonus" on gross profits exceeding $150,000 (eligibility tied to activity, CRM compliance, and quality-control standards)
On-target earnings range from $120,000-$144,000+ annually for strong performers, with $200,000+ upside for top producers.
The first 90 days
- Weeks 1-2: Training, scripts, roleplay, and "Hell Week." Focus on learning the sales process, making low offers, handling pushback, and understanding underwriting.
- Weeks 3-4: Speed-to-lead focus, making offers, call reviews, and tracking KPIs. Expect to move toward your first signed contracts.
- Week 5 and beyond: Managing fresh inbound leads with less hand-holding. Strong performers should lock up roughly two contracts per week by the end of month two, trending toward $12,000/month or more by month three.
Responsibilities
- Seller Speed-to-Lead: Immediate response to new leads via calls, texts, and follow-ups until a clear next step, "no," or signed contract is achieved.
- Seller Discovery and Motivation: Uncover the seller's true situation, timeline, property condition, and acceptable offer through direct, non-pushy questioning.
- Offers and Negotiation: Work with underwriting to determine offer ranges and present them confidently, staying calm during rejections or challenges.
- Follow-Up: Persistent follow-up through calls, texts, and emails, maintaining clean CRM notes and next steps.
- Contracts That Can Actually Close: Lock up profitable contracts that align with the company’s acquisition strategies (wholesale, novation, wholetail) and funding capabilities.
What success looks like
- Calling a minimum of 100 new prospects per day (300+ dials may be required).
- Immediate response to new inbound leads.

- Making qualified offers and locking up contracts at profitable numbers.
- Active participation in roleplays, call reviews, sales training, and coaching without defensiveness.
- Daily KPI tracking and ownership of your numbers.
- Trending toward 4-6 contracts in your first 90 days.
- Generating at least $240,000 in gross profit per quarter once fully ramped.

Benefits
Compensation is structured as a $4,000/month rolling draw against future commissions. The draw is an advance, not additional pay. Commissions are calculated monthly and paid in arrears based on the previous month’s performance.
- 15% commission on the first $150,000 in gross profit generated per month.
- 20% accelerator bonus on gross profit exceeding $150,000 (eligibility tied to activity metrics, CRM compliance, and quality-control standards).
Example: If you generate $200,000 in gross profit in a month and meet accelerator eligibility, you earn $22,500 on the first $150,000 and $10,000 on the remaining $50,000, totaling $32,500 in commissions. The $4,000 draw is debited against this balance.
