High Rollers - Host

About the role

A typical day as a Host includes:

• Greeting guests with a welcoming smile and providing fast, friendly service
• Managing reservations and waitlists, offering estimated wait times
• Assigning and escorting guests to their tables and lanes
• Setting up the dining room area and venue, moving furniture when needed
• Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner
• Working collaboratively with other hosts, servers, bartenders, support staff, and management
• Remembering and using guests’ names to build loyalty
• Maintaining a clean and stocked work area
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

This role may be a good fit if you have:

• At least 1 year of hosting experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant
• A neat and professional appearance
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, the public, and coworkers
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A friendly, welcoming demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Capability to stand for long hours in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Non-typical office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (weekend availability is required)
