About the role
Provides direct patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Promote patient and family-centered care
- Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patient/family
Qualifications
- RN license required
- BSN degree preferred
- Experience in cardiac/telemetry, med/surg, or related areas is advantageous
