About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care
• Educate patients and families on illness management
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Develop individualized care plans
• Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Nursing diploma or associate's degree (BSN preferred)
• No prior experience required, but cardiac/telemetry and med/surg experience are preferred
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment
