Responsibilities

  • Connect with people and solve problems
  • Create lifelong clients through trust and professionalism
  • Understand the client's problem and present complete solutions
  • Walk homeowners through their options with clarity and confidence
  • Close the sale and ensure every client receives a Beyond Wow experience
  • Follow our proven process on every call
  • Identify opportunities to fully solve client problems
  • Increase average ticket value through education and complete solutions
  • Generate referrals through exceptional service
  • Contribute to company growth and performance
  • Pursue mastery by participating in ongoing coaching, training, and development
  • Own your results, follow through on commitments, solve problems proactively, and act like an owner, not an employee

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
