About the Role

Salon KAVI, an award-winning, internationally published Kerastase and Oribe salon, is seeking a full-time Star Stylist to join our future star program. We offer a structured advanced color and cut program designed to develop your skills in a luxury salon environment. This is one of the few salons in the Peninsula with a fully structured and scheduled training program, starting with in-depth theory, hands-on demos, mannequin heads, and progressing to live models.

Responsibilities

• Participate in our structured color and cutting program, including theory, demonstrations, and hands-on practice
• Provide clients with a luxury salon experience in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
• Work collaboratively with a lively, creative team
• Maintain reliability, motivation, and a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Valid California Cosmetology license
• No prior experience necessary
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player with a “whatever it takes” attitude
• Friendly, hardworking, and excited to grow in a professional salon environment
