Key Responsibilities
- Use Chief Architect software to develop clear, detailed design renderings.
- Qualify and guide potential customers through KRB's established sales/design process.
- Present design concepts, product recommendations, and project timelines to clients.
- Accurately measure spaces using tape/laser tools and interpret construction details.
- Stay current on industry trends, styles, and materials for kitchens, baths, and appliances.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and upper management to refine systems and strategies.
- Track and maintain detailed records of projects, renderings, and photos per company standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Represent KRB with professionalism in appearance, demeanor, and communication.
Qualifications
- Must have experience designing and selling kitchens and bathrooms upwards of $100,000+
- Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of construction concepts, systems management, and design principles.
- Skilled in customer rapport-building, needs assessment, and consultative selling.
- High attention to detail in design execution, customization, and measuring.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Formal training or degree in design, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Commitment to continuous learning through seminars, workshops, or industry events.
- Alignment with KRB's values of ethics, collaboration, and customer-first service.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000+ base salary + highly competitive commissions

Full-Time Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
