To guide them through the discovery process, uncover their vision and help them understand how our remodeling solutions will meet their needs, desires, and lifestyle. You'll be a listener, a problem-solver, a dream maker and a trusted advisor — not just a salesperson.
Training & Development
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with prospective clients (homeowners and business owners).
- Use strategic questioning to uncover the client's “why” — their motivations, frustrations, and vision for the space.
- Present remodeling options and articulate the value, timeline, and benefits of our services.
- Collaborate with our in-house designers and estimators to deliver accurate quotes and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients, build trust, and walk them through the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system.
- Continuously improve through sales training and client feedback.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and thrive in an independent sales environment.
- Personable and confident, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Know how to build rapport and emotional connection with clients.
- Ask great questions and listen intently to what matters most to the client.
- Can effectively present value over price.
- Well-organized, punctual, and tech-savvy (CRM, email, mobile quoting, etc.).
- Experience in consultative or in-home sales, especially in remodeling, design, or high-ticket services (preferred but not required).
- Kitchen design experience (not required).
- Available to travel locally for in-person appointments.
