• Collaborate with the installation team for seamless project delivery
• Represent our brand at home shows, open houses, and real estate networking events

Qualifications

• Licensed Realtors, real estate agents, or those with residential sales experience
• Professionals who understand home staging, curb appeal, and value-boosting renovations
• Self-motivated with strong communication and presentation skills
• Organized, tech-savvy, and CRM-capable
• Professional appearance, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license
• Goal-oriented and driven to close high-value deals

Responsibilities

• Accept a position with an Kitchen Tune-Up® franchisee
• Work with the franchisee to provide kitchen design and remodeling services
• Work remotely or in person as needed
• Manage customer relationships and conduct in-home consultations
• Present proposals and close deals
• Attend occasional trade shows and real estate community events
• Maintain contact with past clients for repeat and referral business
• Receive ongoing training, ride-alongs, and weekly check-ins
