Civil Site Officer

Department: QSR Operations

• Education: Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Civil Site Officer, Site Supervisor, or in a similar role within civil construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant building regulations.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities effectively.

Parlor Incharge & Crew Members

Department: QSR (Operations)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Ice Cream Parlour or food service management, preferably within the ice cream industry.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise staff effectively, fostering a motivated and high-performing team environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in inventory control, cash handling, and daily operational reporting.
• Solid understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Skilled in maintaining product quality, equipment upkeep, and resolving operational challenges efficiently.
• Results-driven with a focus on sales growth, profitability, and overall performance.
