Hess Dry Side Operator- 3rd Shift

Job Requirements

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Train, lead, and supervise team members to ensure proper machine operation, adherence to safety protocols, and adherence to quality standards.
• Evaluate mechanical issues, develop solutions, and implement fixes to maintain production efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with the team and other departments.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more as required.
• Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, fingers, knees, back, shoulders, and neck.
• Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and other equipment.

Qualifications

High level of computer literacy and the ability to understand and react to complex machine data.

Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced production environment.

Ability to execute and maintain quality standards consistently.

Skills
