About the role
This position will focus on consulting and field verification for residential, multifamily, and commercial buildings. This will include multi-fan blower door testing, HERS ratings, ENERGY STAR certification, and Passive House verification for multifamily and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-fan blower door testing
- Provide HERS ratings
- Assist with ENERGY STAR certification
- Verify Passive House standards for multifamily and commercial projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience as a HERS rater
