HERS Rater II / ENERGY STAR Rater - Airtight Energy - MA

About the role

This position will focus on HERS ratings for multifamily projects, renovations, and projects seeking ENERGY STAR certification. The HERS Rater II position may also assist with green building certifications such as Enterprise Green Communities or Passive House.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HERS energy assessments for multifamily properties
• Assist in obtaining ENERGY STAR certification for multifamily projects
• Support green building certifications like Enterprise Green Communities or Passive House

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a HERS Rater

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., architecture, engineering, environmental science)
• Knowledge of HERS rating systems and ENERGY STAR guidelines
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
