About the role
We are looking for a team member with a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, construction technology, or a similar field, and 3+ years of experience as a Certified Passive House Verifier (Phius), including HERS ratings on multifamily buildings. The ideal candidate will lead the verification process and projects, demonstrating professional competence certifying projects under ENERGY STAR Homes / Multifamily New Construction, Indoor AirPLUS, and Zero Energy Ready Homes.
Responsibilities
- Perform take-offs on enclosure, MEP, and lighting systems
- Conduct on-site inspections and testing, including blower door, duct leakage, and ventilation testing using diagnostic equipment
- Use energy analysis, benchmarking, and modeling software
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, construction technology, or similar
- 3+ years of experience as a Certified Passive House Verifier (Phius), including HERS ratings on multifamily buildings
- Professional competence certifying projects under ENERGY STAR Homes / Multifamily New Construction, Indoor AirPLUS, and Zero Energy Ready Homes
- Experience with eQuest, EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, WUFI, and THERM is a plus

- Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
