HERS Rater I / Green Building Assistant - Airtight Energy - MA

About the role

This entry-level position will focus on HERS ratings for single family homes and providing support to other staff performing ENERGY STAR, Passive House, and Enterprise Green Communities consulting and verification for single family, multifamily, and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HERS ratings for single family homes
• Support other staff with ENERGY STAR, Passive House, and Enterprise Green Communities consulting and verification
• Work with various types of buildings including single family, multifamily, and commercial

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in design, construction, energy efficiency, engineering, or project management
