Hepatologist (M68006)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services in the hepatology clinics at VCUHS, to include both clinics on the MCVH campus and in outreach locations
• Participate in the inpatient management of patients with Liver conditions
• Perform diagnostic endoscopic procedures
• Provide teaching to medical students, residents, and fellows in the management of patients with Liver conditions

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hepatology
• Experience in Hepatology research
• Eligible for Virginia Medical Licensure
• Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU
