Hemodialysis Clinical Nurse (Night Shift)

Role Overview Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Develops and documents personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing.RN licensure required.No prior experience necessary; preferred candidates may have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness. Preferred Experience: Peritoneal Dialysis experience is a plus.
