Hemodialysis Clinical Nurse (Nights)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development. Key Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.Maintains safety-sensitive standards, working in a constant state of alertness to ensure a safe environment. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
