Hematology / Oncology Physician | Eastern NC

About the role

We are currently recruiting a Hematologist/Oncologist to join a leading multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growth-driven team due to increasing patient volumes, market demand, and the retirement of current physicians. You'll have the chance to work in a collegial environment alongside 2 HEM/ONCs and 3 APPs.

Responsibilities

• Mostly outpatient role with a light inpatient census, mostly consultative; admissions and care handled by hospitalists
• Practice in a well-established Cancer Center with 12 chemotherapy bays and its own lab
• Manage comfortable patient volumes with strong staff support
• Serve patients 18+ only; no pediatrics

Requirements

• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of North Carolina
• Board-eligible or certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Medical degree required
