Join a leading multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina as a Hematologist/Oncologist. This opportunity is driven by increasing patient volumes, market demand, and the retirement of current physicians. Work in a collegial environment alongside 2 HEM/ONCs and 3 APPs at the largest private medical-surgical multi-specialty practice in the region, established in 1965 and committed to individualized, comprehensive, and patient-focused care. The practice is widely recognized for its Hem/Onc services, attracting patients from across North Carolina.

Opportunity highlights

• Well-established Cancer Center with a Hem/Onc department featuring 12 chemotherapy bays and its own lab
• Mostly outpatient with a light inpatient census; consultative role with admissions and care handled by hospitalists
• Guaranteed base salary in Year 1 and 2; take home 100% of profits as a shareholder thereafter
• Shareholder physicians earn between $500K–$800K
• Comfortable patient volumes with strong staff support
• 18+ patients only, no pediatrics

Requirements

• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of North Carolina
• Board-eligible or certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Medical degree required
