Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and manage chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments.
• Coordinate complex care for hematology and oncology patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform patient care.
• Provide symptom management, survivorship support, and patient/family education.
• Collaborate closely with oncologists and an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
