About the role
This position supports a successful breast cancer and colorectal program by enhancing opportunities for multidisciplinary care, clinical trials, and opportunities for underserved patients in the Augusta community. The ideal candidate will join Piedmont Oncology, which is committed to clinical excellence, discovery, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Support and expand the clinical excellence aligned with discovery and innovation associated with Piedmont Oncology
- Work well with other providers both locally and across Piedmont Oncology
- Participate in and lead research and care pathway initiatives across the system
Requirements
- A Georgia medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology
- Interest in Breast or Colorectal cancers
Qualifications
- Self-motivated to excel as a clinician
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine compassion for patients and their families/support teams

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
