About the role
Responsible for providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person visits. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, assists with system configurations, and performs routine maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
- Provide remote and in-person support to users.
- Document and track incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, network troubleshooting, and common software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
