Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for all Operating systems;
- Provide remote support through phone or end-user via phone;
- Set up new hires with equipment and appropriate access to the company’s system;
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers;
- Aid with the maintenance of the business software applications;
- Aid with the implementations, installations, configurations, monitoring, trouble shooting and evaluation of existing and new operating system;
- May confer with database programmers, analysts or other system administrators.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)
- A high school diploma or equivalent required;
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as a help desk technician or IT customer support role is required;
- An associates’ degree in directly related discipline or current CompTIA Certificates (A+, Network+ and/or Security+) may be considered in lieu of one (1) year of the required experience;
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control;
- A good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products;
- The ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Cool-tempered and customer-oriented.
