Overview
At NuAxis Innovations, Technology is our Passion. People are our Purpose. We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Support Technician to support a distributed IT environment, delivering exceptional customer experience (CX) to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Manage tickets using tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent
- Perform Active Directory tasks (user creation, password resets, group management)
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Aid with device imaging (PXE), deployments, and upgrades
- Provide support for VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues
- Maintain asset inventory and assist with hardware lifecycle management
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT Help Desk / Desktop Support experience
- CompTIA A+ (or equivalent)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- PREFERRED: ITIL Foundation Experience
- PREFERRED: Experience with MDM tools (Intune, MaaS360, JAMF)
