- Troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via telephone

Requirements
- One year of computer help desk experience, preferred
- English proficiency, strong written and verbal communication skills, required
- Working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, versions 7, 8/8.1, and 10
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of domain managed systems, LAN/WAN architecture
- Problem solving and analytical abilities
- Network+ certification, recommended
