Heavy Maintenance Project Specialist

About the Role

As an A220 Heavy Maintenance Project Specialist, you will work as a project manager supporting Maintenance Centers and Airlines with A220 C-check activity. You will be responsible for the complete customer order handling process for C-check part requirements and coordinate a multi-functional team to collaborate and deliver all parts on time. You will also lead customer meetings, present C-check order statuses, address concerns, and align on priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, lead, and steer internal MFT and customer meetings.
• Maintain the C-check file and ensure all relevant information is available.
• Handle C-check file-related external and internal stakeholder communication (Customer Order View, Reporting File).
• Ensure all functions have performed their required checklists, including your own.
• Measure, analyze, and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage material order activity.
• Own the C-check project and its order lines.
• Perform the Heavy Maintenance Manager C-check checklist.
• Open technical support cases with Airbus Canada (e.g., PN Activation, interchangeability, etc.).
• Clarify technical queries using technical documentation and/or liaise with technical and engineering departments.
• Provide high-quality responses to all customer-related requests for materials and services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-focused role; aviation/aerospace industry experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and/or airline operations is highly desirable.
