The Role
As an Equipment Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to municipalities within your assigned territory. You’ll focus on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering equipment solutions that drive long-term value.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with municipal customers
- Identifying opportunities and delivering consultative equipment solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close and follow-up
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Representing BEC with professionalism, integrity, and service excellence
Requirements
- 4+ years selling directly to municipalities
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel daily
- Must live near Green Bay, WI
