About the role
As a Rental Shop Technician, you will work on material handling and construction equipment, ensuring repairs are done accurately and timely to maximize equipment uptime and support customer rental needs. You’ll collaborate with trained Technicians in a well-resourced shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot JLG, Genie, and other AWP equipment
- Perform electronic and hydraulic repairs
- Repair diesel and gas engines
- Maintain and repair equipment at heights
- Use basic computer knowledge for diagnostics and record-keeping
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair
- Aerial experience preferred
- Ability to provide and use own tools
- Capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 75 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
