Responsibilities
- Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair, and maintain projects
- Work in outdoor utility construction sites
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
- Train your crew on various kinds of tools and equipment
- Operate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers, and other types of machinery
- Manage all aspects of job-site construction
Qualifications

- You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
- You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
- You are looking for long-term projects
- You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
- Embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team
- You know the telecom construction industry: Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Aerial and Underground Construction, etc.
- MOS Codes 12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305 relate well to this position
Pay
$25-$32 per hour.
