Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Respond to customer service inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Know our products inside and out to answer customer questions
- Maintain accurate records and document customer service activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements
Knowledge of construction equipment is preferred.
