Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
  • Respond to customer service inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Know our products inside and out to answer customer questions
  • Maintain accurate records and document customer service activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements

Knowledge of construction equipment is preferred.
