About the role

Team Lead Level A Technicians are responsible for training and coaching less qualified technicians by assuming training and coaching responsibility for a group of approximately four (4) technicians. They diagnose truck problems and perform truck repairs, create repair plans, fill out parts requisitions for needed parts, tag all warranty parts that are replaced, turn in parts with core value, communicate updates to their Foreman daily, and maintain toolboxes organized and workstations clean and safe.

Requirements

• Freightliner Heavy Duty Trucks Systems Freightliner Electrical Troubleshooting Specialist Certification
• Freightliner Electronic Systems Specialist Certification
• Professional Certification
• Class B CDL
• ASE Test Passed
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to less experienced technicians

Qualifications

Technicians with six (6) plus years’ experience. Performs at 100% efficiency or better. Mechanical aptitude. Positive attitude. Motivated.
