Responsibilities & Skills Assessment

  • D-Level Technician:
    • Basic chassis repairs
    • Basic engine repairs
    • Able to perform chassis removal & installation
    • Able to perform preventative and/or maintenance
    • Competent in Internal/factory warranty processes
  • C-Level Technician:
    • Basic diagnostic skills
    • Comfortable with major vendor/factory
    • Can perform most chassis repairs
    • Can perform engine accessory repairs
    • Able to perform complete engine removal & installation
  • B-Level Technician:
    • Advanced diagnostics skills
    • Can perform basic engine repairs
    • Can perform complex chassis repairs
    • Knowledgeable on all vehicle component repairs
    • VHAC
  • A-Level Technician:
    • Proficient on all vehicle component repairs
    • Able to diagnose all vehicle component failures
    • Competent in root cause failure analysis
    • Vibration analysis
    • Aftertreatment repairs
    • Aftertreatment diagnostics

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent is preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check.

Pay

Compensation: $22.50-$44.50/hr. depending on experience level and Certifications + production bonus

Schedule

We are currently hiring for various shifts including day, evening, and weekend positions.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical exam (including a lift test).

Skills

Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to perform basic and advanced diagnostics on various vehicle components.
