Heathers Manor - Registered Nurse (Part Time)

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Heathers Manor is a part-time role, working approximately 24 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality care in a senior living community setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Collaborate with the DON (Director of Nursing) on assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents' comprehensive needs are met, in accordance with the Parkshore nursing team.
• Review routines, calendar of events, and resident needs.
• Order, maintain, and count medications and supplies.
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
• Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Heathers Manor.
• Support the Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in good standing in the state.
• Experience in a Nursing Home (assisted living or long-term care preferred, but not required).
• Able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
• Knowledge of DHS Regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work well and collaborate with team members and external individuals.

Qualifications

• Completion of a background check, drug screen.
• Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is $38-45 DOE (Depending on Experience).
