Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused hearing healthcare services, including comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection, dispensing, programming, and fitting.
• Perform real ear measurements to ensure accurate, real-world performance.
• Offer tinnitus support and patient education.
• Offer ongoing patient care, follow-ups, adjustments, and maintenance.
• Practice long-term relationship-based care focused on comfort, confidence, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed Hearing Care Provider / Hearing Instrument Specialist (State of Oregon)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered hearing care
• Commitment to long-term patient relationships
• Strong communication skills rooted in empathy, education, and clarity
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Experience in hearing healthcare
• Knowledge of hearing aids and related technologies
• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients

Pay

Guaranteed Total Compensation – $90,000
