We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph: "Family Building Blocks is seeking a passionate, experienced, and collaborative leader to join our team as the Healthy Families Assistant Program Manager. This position is an integral member of the Service Delivery Management Team and plays a key role in ensuring the highest quality home visiting services are delivered to children and families throughout our community. This position ensures program excellence through adherence to Healthy Families Oregon (HFO) and Healthy Families America (HFA) standards, trauma-informed best practices, and attachment-focused approaches informed by Zero to Three." - About Family Building Blocks paragraph: "Family Building Blocks is a nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping children safe and families together. The position fosters a strengths-based, reflective, and trauma-informed culture that supports both staff development and positive outcomes for children and families." - Essential Functions & Duties: a long list of duties (supervision, program standards & QA, other program activities). We need to put these under Responsibilities (or maybe separate sections). The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We have: - About the role: could be the intro paragraph + About Family Building Blocks? Or maybe "About the role" is the description of the role. We'll put the introductory paragraphs describing the role and organization. - Responsibilities: the Essential Functions & Duties (supervision, program standards & QA, other program activities). Could also include Position Summary? But Position Summary is more overview; could be part of About the role. We'll decide. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications? Or maybe Requirements = Minimum Qualifications, Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications. Skills: maybe list of skills from Minimum Qualifications (communication, organizational, etc.) but we can also put under Skills. - Benefits: What We Offer list. - Pay: Starting Salary range and differential for bilingual. - Schedule: Expected Hours of Work. We must not create sections with placeholder text. Ensure we have real content. Let's extract specifics. **About the role** content: combine intro paragraph and About Family Building Blocks? Might be too much but okay. **Responsibilities**: list of duties from Essential Functions & Duties (Supervision, Program Standards & Quality Assurance, Other Program Activities). We'll format as
  • each bullet. **Requirements**: Minimum Qualifications bullet list. **Qualifications**: Preferred Qualifications bullet list. **Skills**: Could extract skills from Minimum Qualifications: Strong organizational, time management, documentation skills; Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication; Ability to motivate, train, support staff; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment; etc. But we might also include some from Preferred Qualifications? However we should not duplicate. We'll create a Skills section with those skill statements. **Benefits**: list from What We Offer. **Pay**: Starting Salary range and differential for bilingual. **Schedule**: Expected Hours of Work paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like "Join Our Team", "Job Posted by ApplicantPro". Also remove EEO etc. Not present. Now craft HTML. We'll need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Let's write. not needed; just headings and content. We'll output:

We have duplicated salary in Benefits and Pay; maybe we should not duplicate. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. Benefits section includes salary and differential etc. Pay section could be just salary? But we already have salary in Benefits. Might be redundant but still specific. However we could combine: Benefits includes salary and other benefits; Pay could be just salary? Might be considered duplication but still specific. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having both Benefits and Pay may be thin. Perhaps we should combine salary into Benefits and not create a separate Pay section. But the instruction list includes Pay as a possible heading; we should only include if posting actually states them. It does state salary, so we could have Pay section with salary details, and Benefits section
