Healthcare Tech Manager - Epic Hospital Billing

For our client, we are seeking a Healthcare Tech Manager - Epic Hospital Billing to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will serve as a key advisor on healthcare technology engagements, with a focus on optimizing hospital billing workflows and translating business needs into effective technical solutions. You will partner closely with revenue cycle leaders, IT teams, and client analysts to improve design, implementation, and overall delivery outcomes. The position combines deep functional knowledge of healthcare billing processes with the ability to guide clients beyond build execution and toward best-practice solutions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the Epic Hospital Billing expert on client projects Assess workflow needs and recommend Epic best-practice solutions Translate business requirements into technical specifications in design sessions Support Epic Hospital Billing optimization initiatives and workflow design Collaborate on Epic build implementations with client analysts Communicate effectively with revenue cycle leadership and IT teams Contribute to overall project delivery and capability building Qualifications 5+ years of Epic experience with strong Epic HB expertise in healthcare systems Current Epic Hospital Billing certification Bachelor's degree required U.S. work authorization required Experience with Epic implementations and revenue cycle transformations Deep understanding of Epic HB workflows and technical build processes Ability to advise clients beyond just execution of builds Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Participation in wellness programs Annual incentive compensation program reflecting pay for performance Support for career growth and advisory skill development Collaborative and inclusive workplace culture Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
