Healthcare Tech Manager - Epic Patient Access

For our client, we are seeking a Healthcare Tech Manager - Epic Patient Access to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead healthcare technology initiatives focused on patient access workflows, partnering with client stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Epic-based solutions. The position combines hands-on system build and testing with workflow analysis, change support, and go-live execution across complex healthcare environments. It also requires close collaboration with project teams and operational leaders to improve efficiency, strengthen user adoption, and support successful delivery outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Analyze operational workflows and translate requirements into system design Lead and support patient access implementations and optimizations Perform system build, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities Develop documentation, training materials, and workflow recommendations Support application deployment, go-live activities, and ongoing optimization Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders at all levels Assist with project planning, issue resolution, and delivery execution Provide leadership and mentoring within project teams Qualifications Epic Prelude or Cadence certification required 5+ years of experience in Epic Patient Access workflows 5+ years of experience with Epic implementations or optimizations 5+ years of Epic build and testing experience Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to travel based on client needs, averaging less than 50% annually Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs Participation in annual incentive compensation program Opportunities for professional development and mentorship Supportive and inclusive work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
